Summer is slowly drawing to a close. The kids start school in 2 weeks! We’re having a heat AND humidity wave here so no one is outdoors much.
Its been a great summer for us, hope so for you as well. Kept busy swimming, running, jumping, etc. I lost 15lbs so far in my new attempt to get super healthy. I took a health test last week. I have a higher than average body fat percentage compared to women my age (not a surprise) BUT I have a very strong much healthier than average heart! So at least that’s some good news. Of course, my personal trainer took this as a means to bump up all my workouts and weights!
